Bruna Soledade 
Associate Attorney

Bruna Soledade is a Business Immigration Associate with Klug Law Firm
where her practice focuses on assisting corporations with nonimmigrant and
immigrant visa matters for their foreign national employees. She obtained
her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law, where she also competed
in the Trial Advocacy Team, served as Vice President of Judge and Faculty
Relations for the Trial Advocacy Board, and President of the Latino/a Law
Student Association. While in Law School, Ms. Soledade received the Pro
Bono Award for Outstanding Public Service and the Professionalism in Trial
Advocacy Award. She also participated in a Human Rights Clinic in Costa Rica
through Santa Clara Law, through which she worked for ACAI, a UNHCR NGO
serving individuals seeking refugee status in Costa Rica. Prior to Law School,
Ms. Soledade obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in English: Professional Writing
and Rhetoric from the University of South Florida. Bruna Soledade is fluent in
Portuguese, English and Spanish.
Prior to joining Klug Law Firm, Ms. Soledade worked as an attorney at
prominent immigration law firms in Orlando, Florida and developed a special
expertise in EB1A Extraordinary Ability and EB2 National Interest Waiver
immigrant petitions.
Born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Ms. Soledade moved to the United States with
her family at age 12 and personally experienced the U.S. immigration
process, which inspired her to pursue a career in Immigration Law. On her
free time, Ms. Soledade enjoys dancing salsa, surfing, and taking her dog
