Jane Orgel was born in Ireland and lived, studied and worked in the UK and Middle East before moving to the United States. She obtained a BA in Political Science from Columbia University in New York in 1993, and a JD from Rutgers University in New Jersey in 1997. She is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey. She is also admitted to the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association. For almost 20 years, Jane has devoted her practice to obtaining O-1 visas and Green Cards for individuals with Extraordinary Ability including designers, artists, journalists, entertainers, scientists, researchers, academics, and entrepreneurs.
